I work with models!

I have learned that I work best with models even though they can be moody at times. Over the weekend I've done a few updates/additions to my model. I really like the direction it's going!

Game of Operation, Anyone?

I am currently making revisions to my model. I feel like I'm playing an intense game of Operation. I'm just waiting for the annoying buzzer to go off! Take a look. See if you agree.

Perspectives?

This is my first attempt at perspectives. I have two more to go... due tomorrow by 11:00 am. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I know it needs more detail, but it's a start.

Is that made out of plastic bottles?

The answer is yes! This is from an artist's website. She makes these curtains/room dividers out of plastic bottles. They are custom made when ordered.

Plastic, Plastic, Everywhere!!!

I've been doing some research on products that use recycled plastic bottles. I have found tons of information. However, I wanted to take a second and refresh my memory of how many plastic bottles are used on a daily basis.

















The United States goes through 2.5 million plastic bottles every hour and only a small percentage is recycled.

Enough plastic bottles are thrown away each year in the United States to circle the earth four times.
